We work with established global carriers and logistics partners to move orders securely from our distribution centers to destinations worldwide. Shipments are handled with attention to packaging, documentation and regulatory compliance to help ensure smooth acceptance and delivery in destination countries.
Customs & Import Requirements
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes and other entry requirements determined by local authorities. These charges and clearance decisions are set by destination country regulators. We provide commercial documentation to facilitate clearance but cannot control customs outcomes or decisions.
Packaging & Handling
Items are packaged to protect them during transit. Fragile or high-value products receive additional cushioning and reinforced packaging as appropriate. Customers are encouraged to inspect packages upon receipt and retain original packaging where possible in case a claim is required.
Tracking & Proof of Delivery

Prohibited & Restricted Items

Attempting to ship prohibited items may result in seizure, delay or return to sender. Restricted items may require additional documentation or special packaging to be accepted.

For international returns, customers should follow the returns workflow provided with their order and ensure accurate customs declarations for returned goods. Returned items should be packaged securely and include any required documentation.

Provide complete and accurate delivery information at checkout to reduce delivery issues. The sender is responsible for accurate customs declarations and documentation. Recipients may be required to provide additional information or pay locally assessed charges to clear shipments through customs as determined by local authorities.
